This information is designed to help you become familiar with your community and to assist
in your overall understanding of the services provided by The Superstition Mountain Owner’s Association.
Your Association Dues provide for 24/7 gate access and security patrol,
yearly lifestyle events, garbage and recycling services,
and the maintenance, improvement, and preservation of the common areas and private streets.
The Association also administers the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs)
for Superstition Mountain that authorize the creation of the Design Guidelines for Custom Homes.
The Design Guidelines are established to promote neighborhood compatibility and provide controls to ensure compliance.
The Covenants and Design Guidelines are contained within the Superstition Mountain green binder which you received
prior to the close of escrow. When possible, take a few moments to review this very important information.

The Master Association Assessments are $594.00 per quarter. You will receive quarterly statements from CCMC
that will be mailed in advance of the due dates of January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.

New Owner Information
Superstition Mountain property owners must complete the Owner/Member Information form
which provides emergency contact and automobile information,
and allows the granting of gate access to handymen, housekeepers, landscapers, pest control services,
pool maintenance contractors, and other similar service providers of your choosing.
